The 2020 MLK, Jr celebration was held on January 20 at the Metropolitan Theatre in downtown Morgantown. The event featured Al Anderson and Friends, "Words Set Me Free" read by Jeremy Thomas, award-winning NAACP essays by Olivia Tuel and Demarcus Bandy, Harriet Tubman portrayed by Ilene Evans, and the Cheat Lake Elementary Choir, Our thanks to everyone who supported this event, whether by financial donations, performing, or volunteering.
